Bill Dal Col is founding partner of CDM and is in charge of overseeing strategy, campaign development, and management of day-to-day operations for CDM’s clients. Served as the Senior Strategist and Campaign Manager for Steve Forbes for President in 1996 and 2000. Frequently quoted by major news media, and regularly appears on Fox News.
Rhonda Belluso
Elizabeth “Biz” Forbes has experience working with individual, corporate, and not-for-profit clients across a diverse range of industries. Worked for global PR agency, Ruder Finn, in the corporate communications practice and was an Associate at the Dilenshneider Group for media and influencer engagement, and thought leadership.

Rhonda K. Belluso is responsible for work in the New York region on grassroots campaigns, providing day-to-day media and campaign coordination. Over a decade of experience in public relations, marketing, field coordination, and environmental and public interest lobbying and served as vice president for Direct Impact.
